The Production Process from A to Z
Model / Visual Analysis
The model, image, or sample product you send will be examined in detail. The appropriate dimensions, form, materials, and technical details for production will be determined.
Material Selection
The most suitable leather, fabric, lining, zipper, buckle, and accessory options for the product are evaluated. The right material is selected based on the design, intended use, and budget.
Sample Preparation
With the approved design and materials, the first sample is prepared. The product's form, size, posture, and usage details are finalized at this stage.
Revised
Necessary changes are made to the sample in terms of dimensions, stitching, accessories, or shape. Final checks are completed before the product is ready for mass production.
Cut
Leather or fabric cutting is performed according to approved patterns. Each piece is prepared precisely and in accordance with production standards.
Planting
The cut pieces are assembled by our experienced craftsmen. Stitching quality, durability, and aesthetic appearance are the most important steps in the production process.
Quality Control
Products are individually checked for stitching, accessories, shape, stains, measurements, and overall workmanship. Products that do not meet the standards are separated during the production process.
Packaging
Products that have passed the quality control checks are carefully packaged in protective wrapping. This ensures that the products remain clean and safe until shipment.
Delivery
The prepared products are made ready for shipment in accordance with the planned delivery time. Orders are delivered to the customer according to the specified delivery method.
